What’s Brand Panel?
The Brand Panel is where brand owners can create and publish instant games and tournaments with customizable game mechanics, graphics, and rewards. This tool allows the brand manager to easily set up and publish games on their website and track user engagement and data.
Can I access the Brand Panel on mobile or tablet devices?
The Brand Panel is currently optimized for desktop and laptop devices only, with a minimum resolution width of 1280 pixels. Mobile and tablet devices use a different measurement for screen resolution (points instead of rendered pixels), which is why the Brand Panel is not supported on these devices. For the best user experience, please access the Brand Panel on a desktop or laptop computer.
How much does it cost to use Brand Panel?
Winday offers two pricing plans: Free Trial and Basic.
The Free Trial plan is limited to one month, while the Basic plan has two options: the first one costs 100 USD per month and is billed monthly, and the second one costs 80 USD per month and is billed annually.

To create an account on Winday, go to the Sign Up screen and enter your email address, create a password, and confirm the password. On the next stage, enter your name and surname, then enter the security code sent to your email. On the last step, you have the option to upload a photo. This step is optional.
Can I change my email address on my Winday account?
Yes, you can change your email address on your Winday account. Go to the Profile screen within your account and make the necessary updates.

When setting up a game on Winday, brands have three options to choose from:
- a pre-designed set of instant games (Standard);
- pre-designed set of instant games with customer support (Supervised);
- order a custom game creation (Custom).

What is included in the Standard setup option?
The Standard setup option includes 8 steps of the game setup and 3 steps of the game publishing on the brand’s website.
During the setup, the brand manager can select the game mechanics, set up gameplay balance, duration and goals, select the game graphics theme based on the brand’s area of business, upload the brand’s logo and customize colors of the game according to the brand’s colors, set up texts for the game title, description, rewards, and generate or upload discount codes.
During the publishing process, the brand manager can select and set up the plugin according to the brand’s website engine and verify the plugin set up on the brand’s website.
Can I customize the game’s theme to match my brand’s aesthetic?
Yes, during the Standard setup, the brand manager can select the game graphics theme based on the brand’s area of business and customize colors of the game according to the brand’s colors.
Will the Standard setup option include assistance with publishing the game on my website?
No, during the Standard setup, the brand manager should setup and publish the game on the brand’s website himself.
The assistance with the game setup and publishing is available in Supervised and Custom setup options.
Are there any additional costs for the Standard setup option?
No, the Standard setup option is included in the subscription plan and there are no additional costs.

What is the Supervised setup option?
The Supervised setup option is a paid service that includes the assistance of a Winday platform manager to help you setup and publish your instant game or tournament on your brand’s website. This option is ideal for brands that need extra support in getting their game up and running, or for those who are not familiar with the technical aspects of website integration.
In addition, the Supervised setup is included the Basic payment plan and available one per a month.
How much does the Supervised setup option cost and what’s included?
The Supervised setup option costs 100 USD. The Supervised setup option includes the assistance of a Winday platform manager to help you setup and publish your instant game or tournament on your brand’s website. This includes configuring the game settings, integrating the game with your website, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
Is the Supervised setup option mandatory?
No, the Supervised setup option is not mandatory. Brands can choose to use it if they feel they need extra support in getting their game up and running. Brands also have other options such as the Standard and Custom setup options to choose from.
